Type of soil: Morainic with a mix of limestone clays rich in mineral salts.

Ageing: In steel for at least six months

Straw yellow with golden tints.
An intense, ample aroma, with the scent of white flowers and fresh fruit; the breadth, structure and complexity of the aroma are typical of this grape variety. The taste is well-balanced, although structured, mineral and lingering.
