Capitolo 3 was born from a perfect climate that nurtured the grapes to full ripeness, infusing them with everything the land could offer: freshness, spring rain, and sun during the harvest. An evolved wine, not crafted but guided, naturally shaped by time, preserving longevity and maintaining an intense, balanced and persistent original character.
Golden in color. Very intense on the nose.
On the palate, fragrant and spicy. Vibrant, rounded, enveloping. Dry and moderately smooth.
