Grape varieties: Turbiana, Tuchì
Soil type: Moraine and clay
Harvest period: Mid to late October
Vinification: Stainless steel
Aging: 24 months sur lies with bâtonnage, unfiltered
Alcohol: 13.5%

Capitolo 3 is a white wine born from a perfect climate that nurtured the grapes to full ripeness, infusing them with everything the land could give: freshness, spring rain, and harvest sunlight.
An evolved wine, not directed, but supported, naturally developed by time, preserving longevity and maintaining an original, intense, balanced, and persistent character.

Golden in color. On the nose: very intense. On the palate: fragrant and spicy. Vibrant, round, enveloping. Dry and moderately soft.

A harmonious wine that never gives up its strong personality. Best enjoyed slowly, allowing it to open in a decanter as you would a red wine, giving it time to express itself fully.
