February 2025 – Time to Taste and Understand Capitolo [Vintage 2022].

Every wine has its own story, but the one we are creating is more than just a tale: it is a dialogue between the land, the climate, and the sensitivity of the producer. A project born with the idea of uniqueness, without imposition, faithfully respecting what nature has given in a specific year, in a special place.

Today, we are at a crucial stage. After months of fermentation in the tank, the time has come for tasting—the first true encounter with its soul. It is an exciting moment, one of listening and interpretation. The wine gradually reveals itself, showing its structure, its balance, and the nuances that the soil and climate have imprinted on the grapes.

Yet, if this wine must be the purest expression of nature, it is equally true that a magical touch can transform it into something extraordinary. The role of the producer is not to bend nature to their will but to understand its language and translate it into a wine that can inspire emotion.
