Lugana Festival: four days of wine, culture and local heritage.

A journey through the heart of Sirmione, spanning the historic centre, Colombare and Lugana, where wineries, flavours, landscapes and encounters come together to tell the story of the area’s vibrant identity through tastings, culture, conviviality and places to discover step by step.

Lugana Festival was created through a collaboration between the Municipality of Sirmione and the Consorzio Tutela Lugana DOC, with the aim of showcasing and celebrating the area through one of its most authentic expressions: Lugana wine. The first edition, taking place from 16 to 19 October 2026, will be a four-day journey through wine, culture, music, gastronomy and landscape.

Conceived as a distributed festival, the event will involve Sirmione’s historic centre as well as the districts of Colombare and Lugana, transforming squares, historic buildings, venues and wineries into places for meeting, sharing and discovery.

The programme will include masterclasses and events at the Lugana Hub at Palazzo Callas, featuring tastings and meetings with producers, masterclasses led by professional sommeliers, and live concerts.

Which wines

Citari will be present at the Lugana Hub at Palazzo Callas with its Lugana DOC Sorgente 2025 and Conchiglia 2025. Our Lugana DOC Conchiglia will also take center stage at the Masterclass on Monday, October 19, dedicated to members of the press and industry professionals.
