Diese sehr kleine DOC hat als Protagonist die Tuchì Rebsorte, zumal Tocai genannt. Struktur, Frische und Zitrusnoten. Wir sind stolz, diese Tradition fortzusetzen.
Rebsorten Tuchì. Beengte und wenig bekannte typische Sorte aus Gardasee.
Bodentypologie Moraeneschuttboeden, Kalkhaltig und Lehmig, Kombinationen aus Mineralsalzen.
Weinlesezeit September.
Weinbereitung Stahl.
Ausbau Stahl, auf feinem Satz.
Alkoholgehalt 12,5%
Strohgelbe Farbe, nach weissen Blueten duftend, mit einem Hauch frischer Mandeln. Elegant und mineralisch. Tradition und Typizitaet in limitierte Produktion.
