Type of soil: morainic, with combinations of clays and limestone, rich in mineral salts
Vines per hectare: 5800; young vines
Harvest period: middle to end of September
Type of harvest: by hand and by machine
Vinification: in stainless steel
Maturation: on its fine lees
Alcohol level: 12.0% - 12.5% vol.
Ideal as a fresh, quaffable aperitif. Its colour is a pale straw yellow, with marked greenish reflections. It has quite an intense nose; on the palate it is fruity and maintains the acidity and freshness that are typical of the main grape variety.
